outcomeDeployerLimits

Returns a venue's remaining outcome-deployment allowance: how many more outcomes it may deploy today, and how many more it may hold active at once.

Use it to check whether a venue can still deploy before submitting a registerOutcome action.

venue must be 2-4 lowercase ASCII letters — the same naming rule as HIP-3 perp DEX names. Anything else is rejected with a 400; note that venue names are case-sensitive, so OUT is not a valid spelling of out.

Response Fields

The venue must exist. An unknown venue is not reported as an empty result — the node rejects the query and the request fails with 500.

Both counters are live and move as the venue deploys and as its outcomes settle.
